Will he have to pay chiold support?
I have 2 childern and me and my boy friend have be together for 6 years..And one of the child is not his, will he have to pay child support.He has been the actioning parent for 6 years and the child has never meet her real dad and he doesnt know about her..Seens he has been the parent to her for that long will he have to pay..

If you know that he is not the father of one of the children then know he will not have to pay child support for that child unless he has put his name on the childs birth certificate then he would. The child that is his yes he will have to pay child support so you just need file for child support and also you need to file for custody of your children even though they have different fathers because until it is court oerdered you do not legally have custody. The father is entitled to visitations.
