Could i get residential custody if after 9 months my 2 children are living with me most of the time. 4 days out of the week ?
I divorced two years ago. In the divorce settlement I agreed to have visitation with my children every other week end and take care for them after school from 3 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. For more than 11 months now one of my child is living with me 4 nights out of the week and every other week end, the other one is with me 3 nights out of the week and every other week end with her sister. What are my chances for me to have residential or physical custody and stop paying child support?
