Could you advice on Grandparent's rights for the state of NV

I am grandparent of a 1 yr. old grandson who has been denied visitations rights due to coflicts with child's parents. These conflicts revolve around financial hardship and has brought disagreements with myself and son (grandson's father). I would like to know if there is anything that I can do, without attaining an attorney, to be able to see my grandson. The child resides in Nevada. Both parents are alive and still married. Do I have any legal rights to a stipulated visitation schedule? Thank you for your help.
