Court agreement altered before judge signature

I have full custody of my 10 yr old daughter, her mother is very difficult to communicate with and she makes a habit of taking me back to court for whatever reason, she took the decision to the supreme court to overule the decision and lost. we are in different states and she has only been to see our daughter twice in 2 years. However, i was in contempt for things like a phonecall, anything to make me travel and lose money with no support from her. My aggreement was for visitation for the summer but now the agreement has the full year of holidays in force without my agreement and also her lawyer put in it that I would have tempory custody. I was mailed this agreement for my signature, but I am not signing. what do I do from here, i am broke dealling with this woman.

I would just let it ride and see what they come up with next, you dont have to sign , and shes trying an old trick , of wearing you down , and the lawyer must think hes so smart trying to get you to sign , let them come to you this time , dont go to the , if they send papers by the sheriff dont be at home , hide from the papers , and dont give up now,
