I have legal guardianship of my grandaughter. I am in a battle with a couple who wants guardianship of her. We went to court. They had a lawyer I did not. Apparently they wrote a letter to the childs attorney. The DCFS said she can give me a copy of her report but not the letter that was written to the childs attorney. Am I entitled to see this letter that was given to the childs attorney before the next court hearing and how would I go about getting it?
