Crossing state lines with children prior to divorce

I am leaving my husband. i want to move to oregon. i live in missouri. am i able to legally cross state lines with my children before i am divorced?

Yes, you can. Until there is a court order in place about the the custody, and who and where those kids have to stay, then you can do and go where you want. I work with an attorney, and have battled this personally about my kids. Until you or he has a court order, there is nothing that anyone can do to you about it.
