Custody

Is there such a thing as issuing a Warrant for the children and having another state come and pick them up?My husband is saying since he had the children for 6 months or more that he can do that.
He had the children in the state of florida and I went and took them so they could be cared for properly.Neither one of us has established custody yet.I am 5 months pregnant with my 2 year boyfriend s child and the state is telling me I can do nothing till the baby is born.I need to gain some kinda temporary custody before he takes my children from me.

If neither one of you have custody and as of right now they are in your hands, then he cannot come and take them away from you unless maybe I'm not too sure he files for Emergency Temporary Custody and he can keep them till the court date. So what I suggest to you is you file for Emergency Custody so you will be able to keep them till the court date go. Go the this site and you can read more about it...www.findlaw.com
