Custody dispute over 1year old

The child's mother is 16, just recently married in October 2007 in Kentucky. I have raised her son since he 4days old and he still remains with me. My question is I just recently recieved temporary custody but now the maternal grandmother is trying to say she still is the childs legal guardian. Is this so? even though she consented for them to be married. They live in Ohio the grandmother lives in Kentucky. She did get her rights to her daughter on August21,2007 but let her marry on Oct.20, 2007, even at that time her child remained with me when she went to Kentucky for the short time. Can you help me I have to go back to court on Feb 27th and show with my attorney who has jurdisdication of the child.
