You need to get a lawyer if you can afford one. The lawyer could file an injunction against your husband taking your daughter out of the country. Also, you fight to get primary custody of the child.

Custody of child
My husband said that he wants a divorce. We have been together for 8yrs. We have been married for 2yrs. Our daughter is 2. He said that he never loved me, he just stayed for our daughter. When he leaves he is taking her. He said that he is taking our daughter and leaving. He is taking her back to El Salvador. His mother will raise her while he works. Both of his parents are in poor health. He is here on T.P.S. I am american. She was born here. I have paid all medical, insurance, day care, clothing and other costs in raising her for her entire life. He only gives me $300 per month rent towards a $2,200 mortgage. Plus some part of bills. He may spend 1 hour a day with her. I am with her always except for the time that I am at work. What can I do to protect her?
