Custody papers

My name is amy. i have a 6yr old son who has been living with me since i left his father in oct. on the 16th of jan 2008, the father came in from north carolina and went to the school and took my son out of his class and took him back to north carolina. in our court papers from may of 2003 states that we will share 50/50 custody from dec 15 until may 15 and so on,until the child is at the age to start school, well he is enrolled at madison elem. in wheeling,wv, so im just wondering what i can do bout this knowing my son is 7hrs away from me

You can file him in contempt of your court agreement. He will get served and have to return your son. He can be fined or serve jail time if he doesn't return him! Good luck!
