Daughter in Foster care in another state

I have a daughter that was taken away from her mother in the state of Nevada and put into Foster Care due to neglect. I live in the state of Oregon. The state of Nevada is going to be sending her here for a visit. My question is When she gets here can I file for custody in the state of Oregon and keep her here and not get into trouble with the state of Nevada or anybody else?

No, your daughter is a ward of the state of Nevada, and because she lives in Nevada the Oregon court will be forced to return her to them. Let the courts and social worker in Nevada know that you would like to take custody of your daughter, they may be very happy to help you with this.
