DIVORCE AND CUSTODY

TO ANYONE THAT CAN HELP I AM FEELING PRETTY DOWN RITE NOW , MY WIFE WANTS A DIVORCE ALL OF THE SUDDEN, WE HAVE A SIX WEEK OLD DAUGHTER THAT SHE IS KEEPING FROM ME AND HAS ACCUSED ME OF SO MUCH WRONG AND ILLEGAL STUFF JUST SO SHE CAN GET SOLE CUSTODY OF OUR DAUGHTER. SHE SAID THAT I WAS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND THE SHE FEARS FOR THE SAFTY OF HER AND MY DAUGHTER, I HAVE NEVER TOUCHED THIS WOMEN EVER AND THE ACCUSATIONS SHE IS CLAIMING IS ALL A PLOY TO GET FULL CUSTDY OF OUR DAUGHTER, I REALLY THINK SHE IS SUFFERING FROM POST PARDUM, I DONT KNOW BUT I AM SICK OVER THE FACT THAT SOMEON CAN BE SO VENDICTIVE, IS THIS A NORMAL PLOY TO KEEP ME FROM MY DAUGHTER??????????????

I have heard worse accusations. If she is lying and you have never been dangerous, then you can file for joint custody with your county clerk. What brought this on? Are you two living together? Even if there is a hearing to decide custody, a judge wants both people in the child's life and you can get joint custody. Hang in there, maybe this is just a passing phase. Keep trying to talk to her, ask her how she is feeling and why she is so upset.

Well the thing is i cant have contact with her, she went and got an order of protection
i just cant understand how the court system allows this to happen, i have never done anything she has accused me of and there is no proof , i cant believe that people cant see thru this
she cant stand the fact that i might have joint custody of our daughter so she is making up allegation after allegation
