Do grandparents have visitation rights in South Carolina without parental concent?

Can a grandparent demand visitation with grandchildren even though the parents do not agree to the visitation. For example because grandchildren may be grounded do grandparents have the right to demand visitation though the parents have already set forth rules that do not allow for those visitations to occur.

Grandparents do not have any legal rights in regards to their grandchildren. You need to talk the the parents and ask that you be allowed to spend time with them and tell them how much you miss them. I can' imagine them being so cold as to not allow them to see their grandparents.
