Do Grandparents in Montana have any visitation rights in Montana?

Mother of great grandchild is deceased and father is nonparticipant from birth. Aunt to child hold custody. Child is 14 years old. Great granparents have had the children through the years baby sitting everyday etc. Have there been any established grandparents rights established in Montana?

Well there is a difference in great grandparents and grandparents. Great grandparents have know legal rights in regards to their great grandchildren. Grandparents have a right to file for visitation only if the parents of the minor child are divorced.
