Do I have any rights to see my kids when the mother and I weren't married?

The mother and I weren't married and we had 3 kids together. We are no longer together. She has them and I pay a court ordered childsupport and haven't missed a payment. But she got married to someone that tells her I can't see them. I have never been to court for visitation. But I need to know if I have any rights at all. Please can you help me?

Absolutely! You have every right to have visitation and the new step-father cannot interfere. Call the court, get your paperwork, set up a hearing and get visitation! Good luck!

If there is a court order for you to pay child support for these children, then you should contact an attorney and seek visitation. By accepting child support, the mother of these children is acknowledging that you are the father and YES, you are entitled to visitation.

You do have rights to see your kids. You can seek visitation of your kids so that you can see them.
