The only rights that you have is the right that the the parents give you,if neither one is allowing you to see the baby then you can't. There is know legal rights for grandparents. Hopefully your daughter will come around and see how imporant seeing your grandaughter is to you as well as for her. You need to talk to her.

Do i have rights as a grandparent
My daughter is a single mom she is 23 and moved to kentucky with her 18 year old boyfriend. they live70 to 80 miles away the baby is going to be 4 months in july .
she lets her dad see the baby . but she dont let me our my family see her. well she lets her brother and sister see the baby. i am broken hearted to say the least. when she lived here she let strangers take the baby. i got to keep her 2 times. when i say me our my family i am talking about , my parents and and my grandma .my grandma has never seen the baby. i live in indiana i just want the same rights her dad has . so what can i do?

Her father and i are divorced he is remarried . he has rights and so do his friends. she calls and talks sex to me and i hang up because i dont want to hear it. then she is mad because i hung up on her. and she is pregnant again so there will be 2 babys i cant see unless i do have rights. when she was here she let strangers keep the baby. she has ms and has had a stroke . but she trys to take care of her baby , i dont want custody i just want to see my grandaughter
