Do Text messages to a Phone hold up in court

I was just wondering if text messages on my phone from the mother saying some pretty crappy stuff about me and harassing me about the kids . Will The judge even look at it , to see what I am Dealing with on a daily basis. {example : calling me a scum bag , you'll never see these kids and and threats like you'll get whats coming to you ... it just goes on } I am not a deadbeat I pay my chid support ... Just want to see my kids .... and are tired of the fighting between the mother an I.. Also will I be able to get Joint Physical Custody for my kids {live In New Jersey} , without a problem. I have everything I need to take care of my two daughters . Just never see them because of her . tx

So yes you can use that in a court of law. Also Keep your responses to her as well.
