Do we have a case?

I was told to file for custody of my grandson by family servces. I had went to them because my daughter and her boyfriend were lying and saying that my daughter and grandson lived with my husband and I.When we got to family services we found that my daughter had lied about her age{because she is 21 and her boyfriend is 17] she also told them her boyfriend didn't know about her pregnancy,when he was the first to know. I was told by friends of our family that my daughter told them that her boyfriend was falsely acused of molesting his younger brother and thats why he wasn't to be around his son.

You never know till you find out. i would definitely try and get custody of your grandson. good luck.
