Exparte order to suspend visitations

On Jan 4, 08, I went to pick my children up and was served with this order. My ex wife is stating allegations like my step children abuse my children, I bath the baby unattended because he slipped in the bathtub once. She wants to change the divorce papers to where my wife now, can not have pictures of my children on her myspace page. She wants to not have to tell me about doctor visits. She is stating that being at my residence is having a negative affect on my children. I can not afford an attorney because I am paying child support to her for our 5 children. Does she have a leg to stand on for this?

The papers you were served should have a court date and time listed, this date will be your opportunity to "show cause" why the order should not remain in effect. You may want to contact a family law attorney about this, if you can't afford one, contact your court house about legal aid info, or google low cost or pro bono lawyers in your area. Good Luck.
