Father custody and child support rights when mother is only collecting SSI

I am a single father, whom has been living in the State of Georgia with my three children full-time. I have never been married to their mother and there is no court order custody between myself and the mother. The children have lived with me full-time since the year 2003. Their mother, who declares through Social Securityt she is not of the mental capacity to be gainfully employed, lives in the State of Florida on awarded SSI. I need many legal questions answered in regards to being rewarded full-parental custody of my three children. I am legally documented on all birth records as their father. Right now, I am seeking a "Fathers Rights Advocate and Full-custody Trial Attorney" to assist me in the "Fathers Legal issues" in which I am presently facing. I believe the biological mother of my children, whom I again stress has been placed on Government SSI, is unable to care for them physically, emotionally and financially. She has displayed, over and over since the birth of these children, her continual "dead beat parent" persona. The mother's excuses to provide/meet at least joint custody obligations have been an endless decade of false promises. This fact, along with many others, has not only devastated my three children's lives, but has torn down my reputation as a full, respectable participating/parent. With a simple denial from the mother to provide even a small financial request, for a daily requirement of dairy products, their is further excuses. But, the mother constantly calls and boasts about her planned vacation trips and fringe household expenditures. Again, I stress I need immediate legal assistance to win "full State of Georgia custody" of my three children, ages 10, 9 and 8. Their future stability, well-being, educational goals and dreams are not only my top priority, but my complete priority as their "full-time hands-on parent" seeking full custodianship. Your immediate response to this critical issue. I, as of 11/7/08, physically contacted the Department of Family and Children Services in the City of Savannah, Georgia and was given very blunt, adamant and prejudicial statements about my request for filing for full-custody. After, trying to no avail, to be civilized in a discussion for obtaining my rightful parental custody case, I was left with no alternative but to leave the premise.
