Father filed for full custody

My boyfriend has 3 year old twin girls.he was with the mother for almost 7 years and almost 2 years ago she left him.the day she left the girls were 2 years old and the mother just picked up her things and left the twins with there father for 3 days.she the decided to take them to live with her and her grandparents home where they will be sleeping on the floor.ther 8 people who live in the home including the twins and their mother and its a 3 bedroom home and also a uncle living outside in the shack.at that time the father always got to see the kids tuesday-friday and had them evey weekend.for the past 3 years mother could never keep a job and always thought she was better then the job so would quit.the twins just started preschool in aug.2007 and father still really never had problems with seeing his kids even when he had met me.the mother would always give the father a hard saying she needs more money from him but he is already paying her 800 month that went through the courts.the mother decided to quit her job again and the reason was the twins were starting preschool and she didnt need to work.we always feel that she neglects one of the twins and mis treats them.father went down to the courts and filed for full custody and since then mother keeps kids away from father and says they make their own decision witch is bull.we really feel she is unfit and that father primary supports kids.hes still in the same home they were brought up in and have their own room.what can he d

Should we call cps on mother since shes keeping kids away from father and we fell that shes brain washing them and also one of the twins always says mommy only yells and hits me also we found out that one ogf the twins says that mommy told me that you were taking us away from her.mother also only lets the one twin come to our house while the other twin that she favors stays with her.i belive thats not right to slit these 3 year old twins up.and also the brain washing needs to stop.dont want it to back fire if we do call cps.what should we do.PLEASE HELP COURT DAY IS REALL SOON.
