He is in the military so you will get full custody becasue how is he going to take care of it and his parents cant take the baby unless you are doing something wrong so dont worry about it worry about the baby and take good care of it

Father in the military
I am expect a baby in feb. and the father and i are in the process of getting a divorce. he is leaving for the military jan 3rd. i was just wondering where i stand custody wise? will he be able to get full custody while he is in the military? will his parents be able to fight for custody? do i get full custody with out fight since he joined the military?
