Getting custody of my son after custody is taken from the mother.
My son was taken by childrens services from the natural mother and they gave him to her sister along with her other 4 children i want to take custody and raise him but so far they allowed the aunt to keep them, do i not have more rights then the aunt isnt there any laws to uphold my rights. at a hearing the judge gave my custody but the aunts attorney filed an appeal and my custody was revoked. It went to appeals court and they handed it back to the judge to redo this is a mess and in the mean time i cant see my son. Isnt there a law that upholds my right as the natural father. The mother doesnt even have any custody of any of the kids now the aunt is filing for me not to have any contact with my son.
