Grandparents coustoial rights

I Live in the state of TX, I have an 18 month old grand daughter, Her father died a year ago. My Daughter has gone left. and she is willing to give me cousty of my grand daughter and her benefits she receives. What forms and what action do I need to take so I will have legal right to all her health and rights I need to raise her
