Grandparents having CONTEMPORARY CUSTODY of grand child

My huspand and I allowed my mother and father in law to have contemporary cutody of our 4 month old, now they threaten us to take him away. they cant do that, can they?

It depends on your situation I guess but children belong with their parents.

Parents will always have the right to have their child unless they are unfit parents. Not even if you gave them contemporary custody can they keep him. Talk to a lawyer.
