Grandparents rights

My minor child had a baby out of wedlock during the custody battle with father.the court orderd papers state in my own rights and on behalf of my daughter the we have primary physical custodt...the said child has resided with me since birth 2 1/2 years...now my daught er is 18 do i have any rights to stop her from taking him frm me..she herself moved out over a year ago...we live in the state of pa

If your child is now 18, which is an adult, and wants the child and can support the child, she has every right to as the mother
