Your rights depend on the state in which you reside. Every state has a different rule.
Some states will give visitation to the grandparents if the child have lived with them for a period of time. You need to talk to an attorney or social services and advise it is in best interest of the child, to have regular vistation.
If you have evidence the child is in danger or being abused, it is your responsbility to report your daughter to social services for the protection of a minor. You can talk to a social worker to see if you could obtain temporary custody, if this is what you want, in lieu of being placed in foster care.
I wish you good luck!
