grandparents rights in Kentucky

My son was not married to my grandaughters mother we have not been able to call or see her in 4 months the mother will not answer for us or my sons calls he does not see her either do we the grandparents have any legal rights in this state

No you dont , the supreme court took the grandparenst rights away a few years ago , all grandparents in all states lost there rights to grandparents, this was bad to happen but the gov, speaks
