Even if you do not have money for an attorney you still need to go to the hearing,it is better to be there and defend yourself then just let her win by not showing up. The judge can tell pretty much who is telling the truth,usally if someone lys they get caught. If you already have visitations though the court they would have to have just cause to ask the court to take those visitations away,and proof also,it is not always based on hear say.
