How can I get full custody of my son?

I fathered a child with a young lady eight years ago. At the time my son was born she told me I wasn't the father. I moved to another state and was in the process of getting married when she filed for paternity testing. I found out in 2003 he was mine. Since then I've only seen him about six times on her terms. She has another child by another man who is abusive. They have domestic violence issues and anger management issues. I want my son with me.Please help.

You'll need to hire an attorney to help you out.

I would start with the department of family and children services in your area...especially if the child is being exposed to some sort of abuse

I agree, you would probably have to get a lawyer in this case, but if there is abuse in the house, and you could provide a more stable home, then a judge could grant you custody.
