How can i move out of state with my daughter if we have joint custody?

Me & my daughters father been seperated since she was 6 months, he pays child support, but never comes around only when he feels like it. even if its not his weekend, he always threatening me that he's gonna report me that i keep him from seeing her. Should i make her go with him even if she doesn't want to go? Am i in the wrong for not making her go with her father? she is 3 now! now that I wanna move to flordia, can i just take her or do i have to go to court to get full custody even if i'm the custodal parent?

Yes, you would have to get a change in your parenting agreement. The courts want to make sure both parents are involved in the child's life. If he has regular visitation times but does not make an effort to see her, then it will be easier for you to get things changed. However, you should document everything. If he shows up and it's his scheduled time, then yes, unless he is endangering her or abusive, she has to go with him and you have to support that. If you do feel she'll be endangered, then you need to contact the court and have him go under supervised visitation. In any event, you have to get a revised agreement that allows you to move out of state if it impacts his visitation rights.
