How can i obtain visitation for my grandchild?
My daughter is in jail and has a drug problem. She just violated her probation. My grandson is with his paternal grandparents and they have been court appointed temporary custody. The father is our of the
picture. Because of this newest violation, the grandparents are petitioning the court for full custody and we are not on good terms. I
am afraid that we will not be allowed to visit my grandson. Is there
anything I can do to assure that I will be allowed visitation?
