Grandparents have no legal rights only the rights that the parents allow them to have. Now with the father going for custody this could go on awhile in court. If your son does get custody or visitations then you will get to see the children.

How can i see my grandkids
My son and girlfriend of 7 yrs have 2 kids never married, broke
up 4 yrs ago the boys have been living with me, the grandmother for the last 1 1/2 yrs straight and before that they were here every weekend. the boys & both their parents lived with us before that, so this has always been home to the boys & we have always had a close relationship untill 3 mos, ago when the mother decided to suddenly take them to go live with a man
she has only known a matter of months to a house that was in foreclosure. now they had to move in with his parents in another county. we have only been allowed to see the boys a few times since than. its very hard on them too ,they cry when it is time to go and they dont want to leave here. what can i do to get at least visitation on a regular bases. my son now has a case started for paternity and custody cause she would'nt let him see the boys either, but that is for him. what can we do for ourselves. any help is appreciated
