How do I get custody of my son?
My son is 8 and I have had him all his life, due to a bad relationship I let my son live with his father for a month so I could move and settle. I moved to a different city and now my sons father wont let me have him back and filed for custody. What can I do to get him back it is tearing me apart?

Being your ex filled already cant do much until it goes to court, but continue to try and see him. When ex refuses keep track of dates, conversations. That can help when you go to court.
