How Do I get my child back to California for Maryland after he is born?

My problem is the the mother of my soon to be born baby boy moved out the state days after my son was concieved. We had a feeling after that night we made love she would be pregant. She said that if she were to get preganant she would move back withthe baby to california and we would plan to live togther and raise this baby together in the house hold. Now she also has a five year old daughter from another relationship and I have a six year old daughter from another relationship. Now just recently I told the expecting mother the we shouldnt movce in just yet we need to transistion the girls slowly because its a lot for them to understand especally my daughter. So now she dosent want to bring my son back unless we live together and I want to rasie my son the same as I am rasing my daughter I can I get my son on a regular basis after his is born. I a want to be close to him because I am his father and i take care of my kids what do I need to do.

REmember that the more time that you are able to spend with your child the less child support you will be required to pay.

Well you probay hurt her feelings when you told her you might want to postpond living together until the kids adjusted. That would hurt considering you say you really want to raise your son. But anyways if she has not had the baby then after the baby is born you can have a partenity test taken to establish parenty. Then you can file for visitation but you would have to go to the state where the baby is born in to file. I hope that maybe you both can work this out so there won't be any hard feelings.
