How do i get visitation with my son. When ever i try my wife pulls the abuse card. We are legally seperated.
He wants to live with me. i signed a seperation agreement and was duped. I have no desire to keep him from his mom. But she on the other hand could care less if i get to see him. I hoped the best and signed this seperation agreement because i trusted her verbal lie basically. All i want is to spend time with my son without her being there. She is deceitfull and i just wnat to be a father to my son.
