How do I go about getting visitation of my son?
My sister in law has temp guardianship of my 14 year old son.Everything has been great I always get my visits,he stays with me in the summer,I get him on some holidays.Now everything has changed he ran away and told his aunt that he wants to live with me.I heard this and scence I'm doing very well I went to the courts and filed for termination of guardianship.Now his back at his aunts and says,that he wants to stay there and now she's not letting me see him scence I filed to termination of guardianship.we go to family court in about a week but my son just wants to stay with me in the summers now instead of living with me.What do I do?
