You can call CPS and have them go to the home and they will check out your allegations and if they find anyhing that they are concerned they will open a case, if not they will close the case. A drug testing can test for drugs but that is if you as a custodial parent think that your child may be dong drugs, you cannot just take a hair sample in and say test it. If you were to prove to the court that the mother is doing drugs, depending on the court, the child could be placed in the fathers home, or the judge may order the moer into rehab, you cannot just asume what will happen, if the cps was to find something in the home they would take all the children not just the one.
