How Does the court view a non payor with extenuating circumstances
I have court ordered child support and have not received money in 6 months. My ex did not pay for three months had a stroke went to a nursing home has recovered and now in his apartment. No car now no assets and will not work. my children are suffering. will a judge see my predicament and make him pay or am I just left hanging and he plays the pity card while I pay for everthing. thank you.
