How is child support determined?

My ex husband is taking custody of one of three of our sons. When we first divorced five years ago, he made $31,000 and myself $24,000. Now the child support is being reviewed , he has since switched jobs and is making $23,000 and I am making $29,000. The child support was $132.00 a week for all three child. Now it is being reduced to $14.00 a week for the remaining two. I sthis a resonable amount?

It's determined by the number of overnights spent with the children, and income. There are calculators online that will be similar to the one's the courts use: http://www.alllaw.com/calculators/childsupport/
