Wow, I am trying to understand this. But from what I gathered your ex wife is trying to get "more money" because YOUR girlfriend got a promotion? If this is the case then unfortunately for your ex she has no right to your current girlfriends money. The courts order you to pay a set amount based on YOUR income.
What ever the court ordered that is the amount that you are legally required to pay. If you give her more than that then that is up to you.
