When ever they let you see them , grand parenst have no rights to see their grandchildren any more, the supreme court took this away a few years ago

Grandparents have know legal rights. Hopefully you have a good relationship with your daugheter so that you will be able to continue to see your grandchildren on a regular basis. She has to be the one to stand up to her boyfriend and stop the controlling of her. All you can do is just let her know you love her and the grandchildren and let her know you are always there if she needs you. It is better to be close to her and be able to see what is going on with her and the boy friend, hopefully thats all he will ever be for your sakes as well as hers and the childrens if he is as controlling as you say.

Read this article. It's not encourageing. If you have the resources hire a mediator to try to come to some sort of a visitation schedule. If that works you will then have leverage if her boyfriend cuts you off.
