I am divorcing my husband who is a convicted pedophile, can he have visitation with my 3 young children?

My husband is in the omaha corectional center for the next 4 to 5 years for molesting my oldest daughter, upon his release he has to register for 10 years as a sex offender, Now him and his attorney are demanding he has the children for summer visitation upon his release. Is there any laws to pevent a pedophile from have contact with his other young children?

He has a long way to go before he has any contact, with the younger, children , he will be on probation , for a long time after, he gets out, and the sex offender program , he will have to go though, will not let him have contact, whith, any children , until hes considered safe, and that might take years, he will not just up and keep his younger children , they will do a family project, and see if he can even be around them , and you have to be there to, so he and his lawyer is sucking at a empty, glass, child walfare, and social services, will take care , of this, and you dont have to worry about this for a long, time, if ever, so just let him talk , and dont give in , he is just, making noise,

While he is in jail I would file papers for sole custody and/or see if under the circumstances he can lose his rights. Doesn't hurt to check.
