Well it is not normal for the two of you to let the 11 year old to sleep with you,and that would concern me,so I can see why if would upset the mother. What the two of you do in regards as to living together is not against the law. but she does have a right to step in if her child is sleeping in the bed with the both of you,and she could bring that up in court,and she could ask for supervised visits only and know over night stays. So I would consider getting her or him in their own bed,or not keep the child over night.

I am the live-in girlfriend dealing with the ex-wife who is not over my boyfriend(her ex-husband). I repeatedly get phone calls about how it is illegal that we live together and that the 11 year old sleeping in the bed with me and him is illegal.
She let the 15 year old live with us as long as she continued to get the child support check for her. I have kept my cool for a long time now and finally went off.I dont know if these "supposed" laws are true...anyone please help?

Thank you for your responce. I should have explained that she only slept with us once and its because she fell asleep during a movie we were watching. She is trying to find any reason to get him to choose the kids or me. I never want to be put before his children. i have made that clear to him. Now we are going to court over custody.
