WoW, I feel for you, sound like very complicated issue, I dont have much answer for you all-though, I dont know much about your financial, it going to cost some money; the issue you are in with this days and ages its really hard to do anything yourself fighting the systems without a lawyer to back you up, unless one has lots of knowledge of in and out about the laws. You might want to try the same thing with the new judge who took his place explaining the paper work and forms ( the old judge) was going or suppose to send but never recieved due to his death. On your behalf on child support owe to Minnesota, is going to be an uphill battle trying to clear without a lawyer. child support is something you might want to clear before the child custody, keep in mind most judge see that you owe back child support, they will not give you a time of day listhening to your case. good luck!
