I have a big quetion!

Ok when i got pregnant with my daughter me and my husband were spit up. We got back together when we found out we were having a baby. And we are doing good. But the other person that might be her dad wont leave us alone. My husband's name is on the birth certificate and everthing. The other person is not a person i would want my daughter to be around. He does drugs and dont take care of himself. And the only time he even contacts us is when he needs something. Is there anything that i can do to keep him away from my daughter?

Unfortunately a paternity test needs to be done to see if he is in fact the father. If he isn't then you can keep him away from your daughter but if he is then he has legal rights. You will have to go through the court system which shouldn't be a problem if he is a drug addict and unfit parent.

Let him ask for the paternity test. He cannot harass you. He probably wants nothing to do with child, he just wants to harass!
If it is constant you can call the PD, they can talk to him, & hopefully it works.
You r a lucky woman to have such a wonderful hubby.
