I have a minor son that has a baby by a woman that is married now the husband put his name on the birth ceti. what can we do the baby is in harm?

Call the local department of social services and report what is going on. It does not sound like a safe environment for a baby to grow up in.

If your son is a minor he does not have any leagl rights regarding this child. Even if he were of age the mother is married to another man and he has the legal right to give the child his name.
