Call the local department of social services and report what is going on. It does not sound like a safe environment for a baby to grow up in.

If your son is a minor he does not have any leagl rights regarding this child. Even if he were of age the mother is married to another man and he has the legal right to give the child his name. It does not sound like the mother and her husband are in a good situration and if what you say is true and there are drugs involved the most that you can do is call CPS and report the situration. They will go to the home and check out what is going on. But the way it stands with your son being a minor and with the mother being married theres not anything he can do. When he turns of age he can then try to file a motion and try to get visitations,if the court will except the DNA test results,in most states they won't except any DNA test unless it is though one of the courts listed approved dNA agenys and you would have to call the court house and find out the list of their agencys. You can also go to courtapprovedDNAagencys.com and type in your state for the listings.
