I have question on the state taking long term coustody of my 58 year old Sister. She is disableed.

My 58 year old Sister is disabled and the state has taken over temperary coustody of her and we they are going to court to petition for long term coustody. My question is if things change and I want to take care of her later down the road can I get coustody back and how hard will that be?
Right now I can't take care of her because I work and she needs 24 hour care.

Yes you can take her back into your coustody, some day , the state will review evey thing, and if its in your sisters best intrest , they will welcome you to take care of her, they are not there to take family away , they are there, to make sure evey one gets the care they need , and they understand that you have to work , and this happens all the time, ive seen a lot of families. do this, then when they can work it out, they come back , and take over the care, of the parents , child, sisters brothers, or what not, then ive seen them take complete, care, of a person , all the rest of their lives
