I live in Louisianna and I would like to know if I have any rights concerning two of my grandchildren?

Several years ago my daughter lost custody of her children- drugs, jail. when she got out of jail her ex-husband let her see and have them every other weekend. That lasted about a year. He remarried and he wouldn't let her have them anymore. She would have to go see them at his house and endure taunting and name calling while she was there. She has always been terrified of him- he abused her while they were married. She eventually stopped going over there. She dosen't have the money for a lawyer and neither do I. He won't let anyone on her side of the family see the kids- said we cause to much drama. Another thing, the oldest child is not his, she was about 2 years old when they had his name added to her birth certificate. Do I have any rights to see these children?
