I live in PA.Would I still pay child support even if we have joint custody and my daughters actually spend more time with me
My divorce has not been filed yet, but we have already separated and live on our own. My daughters split their times with us, but most of the time, since I have a set schedule for work & she doesn't, they wind up staying with me more than mutually agreed upon, which I actually prefer. If a child support petition is filed by either party, who gets to pay and what are the criteria ( Pennsylvania state specific)?
